Nope, the game pretty much met all of my expectations plus a little more.
I would cancel. Though my friends and I were all going to play, we've now all canceled since the beta.
You can't deny that BF3 is unparalleled in so many ways, but the most important thing in any FPS is the ability to shoot people %26amp; BF3 hit detection is more broken than even BC2... thats just sad.

Anyone else disappointed with the Battlefield 3 Beta?i HATE it.

i dont like the feel of the game
its only 30 fps unlike COD which is 60fps
sniping is horrible
customization is down the drain
it takes a minutes to find ONE person
thank god they released an open beta because i was actually considering pre ordering it.

Yeah I was never a BF fan, I love CoD but it's not like I hate BF so I tried the beta and really didn't like it at all, played it for 45 mins and had enough. Most BF fanboys rave about the graphics but I don't think they were even on par with black ops! And the gameplay is terrible compared to any CoD.
i think the in game environment is a bit to clean. if you look at bc2 vietnam you will see what i mean.
lots of people said it too much like MOH which seems to be not a good game. i never played MOH
so i wont know about that.
i don't see the point in all these stupid gun scopes which you will never use and all the useless
special abilities you can unlock. i think dice went abit over the top with the unlocks.
reaching rank 50 is very easy and can be done within 3 days. its just all the dam Accessories what are a pain in the azz.
I'm really enjoying it. It has its problems, but most of my issues are with bugs that will be fixed at release. Betas are inherently buggy, that's what makes them beta.
The only gameplay related problem I have is that snipers are a bit OP.
I like it. I actually canceled getting Modern Warfare 3 so that I could buy Battlefield 3 instead. In my opinion, that's a very smart decision and I used to like Call of Duty more. LOL.
It's bad, but its not bad enough to make me cancel my pre-order. Keep in mind that it is a Beta, not the finished product.
Its a good game i play it on ps3 console its graphics are fully hd and i love it very much
