Battlefield 3 Beta what does that mean?

I was looking at the trailers and all the info from the upcoming game scheduled to drop on Oct. 25 and it looks flawless. But EA said they were releasing a Beta limited edition. What does this mean do you get more in the game.Battlefield 3 Beta what does that mean?
A beta is a pre-released version of a game. It's usually released to the public to get some feedbacks from the players and to test for any bugs.



In Battlefield 3 case, beta is only for those who have purchased Medal of Honor: Limited Edition. Not quite sure if it has already ended or not. However you can pre order BF3 Limited Edition right now, and i believe the actual release of the game would be somewhere around November.
