Ok well I had the same problem as you this morning. Make sure your using an account with an age of over 18 and the beta may not be available in your area, so set the account to something like the U.K.Battlefield 3 Beta Orgin Download Error?
Maybe your graphics card cant handle the game play it on xbox or ps3 insteadBattlefield 3 Beta Orgin Download Error?
What did it for me was creating a new account and saying I was over 18, it kinda stupid when I am able to go buy M games, but have to be 18 to play this beta.
