There is not an official date for the beta as of yet. What they have said it will be this month and those who have MoH limited edition will receive 48 hrs advance beta game play. The beta will be an open beta and most people think it will be next Tuesday or Thursday because those are the days that Xbox and PS3 update.
If you own MoH there will be an option to play the beta within the MP screen. That will be the early access to the beta. It doesn't have a set release beta date, but they said it will be coming out in Mid September-early October. You have to have pre ordered metal of honor, or buy the limited edition of it to get access. Im not sure about this, but i think i remember hearing that if you pre ordered it you could get beta, but im not sure. You must be on the pc version and have been a user for at least 1 year, after that you will be given a very slim chance to be picked to get a early access beta key
