my playstation i had eary access from my medal of honor..it was 11 hundred mb and some change, i just looked on xbox live after i seen your question and the regular open beta is now up it is 1.3 gig....it is exactly 5:43 here i live in chicago... I have no idea about Xbox but on the PS store it is so it should be.

Just search Battlefield 3 and the beta should come up.
DICE tweet says the beta will be put on the marketplace at 5AM EST, 10am your time
I don't think so. I'm in the U.S. and I haven't been able to yet.
