You don't need anything. Besides a PC that can run the game.



The beta is a open beta. It is free. It starts from September 29th to October 10th.



If you want early access to the beta. You have to pre-order Battlefield 3, or have bough Medal of Honor the limited edition.



If you bought Medal of Honor Limited Edition or pre-orderd Battlefield 3 then you can start the beta on September 27th. 48 hours before anyone else.
Beta was announced today, 27th for people with preorders or with a new copy of MOH. Other wise everyone else on every platform gets the beta on the 29th.
